WomenPower is one of the largest specialist congresses on the topics of female leadership in the STEM sector, career development, diversity and equal opportunities. The career fair takes place every year as part of the Hannover Messe. In addition to the programme of lectures, panel discussions and workshops, the accompanying exhibition offers the opportunity to find out about career perspectives, studies, coaching and mentoring offers as well as other labour policy topics and trends in the STEM field. Every year, TU Clausthal distributes free tickets to the WomenPower Career Congress to interested female students.
