Digital Accessibility Working Group

Digital accessibility at Clausthal University of Technology is an ongoing development. To support this effort, a "Digital Accessibility" working group was established in 2019 and has been meeting quarterly ever since.

This working group consists of:

• Ms. Balthaus (Representative body for severely disabled students)
• Mr. Brinkwerth (Data Center)
• Ms. Exner (Press Office)
• Mr. Jütte (Department 2)
• Mr. Kiel (Data Center)
• Ms. Mathieu (Press Office)
• Ms. Mühler (Department 4)
• Herrn Müller (Data Center)
• Dr. Schaffel-Mancini (Equal Opportunities Office)
• Mr. Schubert (Department 2)
• Prof. Ulrich (Vice President for International Affairs and Equal Opportunities, Chair of the working group)

The team's initial project was to add numerous accessibility features to the university's website. Consequently, Clausthal University of Technology's site was made accessible on time, meeting the AA conformance standards. 

Depending on the working group's current focus, additional experts from Clausthal University of Technology may be invited.
