On the occasion of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, the Graduate Academy and the Gender Equality Office of TU Clausthal warmly invite you to a special film and discussion evening.
The evening will feature the award-winning documentary film "Picture a Scientist," which powerfully highlights structural inequalities and challenges faced by women in science while also presenting pathways to greater equal opportunities. Following the screening, a moderated panel discussion will bring together perspectives from academia and university practice, encouraging a joint conversation about challenges, scopes for action, and necessary processes of change.
The event will be opened and moderated by Prof. Heike Schenk-Mathes, Vice President for Equality, International Affairs, and Promotion of Early Career Researchers at TU Clausthal.
