From the Equal Opportunity Officer
The Equal Opportunity Officer is bound to absolute secrecy. In consultations, she can suggest problem solutions but the consulter decides for themselves if and what steps should be taken.
Consulting of all TU members, notably regarding the following topics:
- Discrimination and/or sexual harassment for all students and employees of TU Clausthal
- Career counselling for women (for female junior scientists and female students among others)
- Aspects of gender equality in research proposals (including the DFG´s research-oriented equal opportunity standards)
- Diversity in teaching
