Mentoring" has been established for many years as an important instrument in the career advancement of women. Since 2019, the TU Clausthal has been running a successful mentoring programme (WiMINToring) for young female scientists. Now, female students in the Master's programmes in particular are to be given the same opportunity to start with this mentoring programme, which focuses on career entry. The programme includes workshops to strengthen personal skills, networking evenings, career coaching and excursions to career fairs.

If you are interested in participating in the mentoring programme, please register at mentoring@tu-clausthal.de by 28 February 2024, indicating your degree programme and current semester.
